Doctor, Can I Still Have a Sex Life After Age 50?
Sociologist and author Dr. Pepper Schwartz, who has spent the last 30 years writing books about sex and relationships, found herself single and in her 50s after 23 years of marriage.
Now, she asks the question:
How does one look for a life partner after 50 and enjoy sexual adventures along the way?
Pepper has a new book, Prime: Adventures and Advice on Sex, Love and the Sensual Years, in which she tells her own story of sex, adventure, and romance. Interestingly, Pepper is also the author of Everything You Know About Love and Sex Is Wrong.

Isn’t she the doctor that they use over at Perfectmatch.com kind of like Match.com uses Dr. Phil? The name sounds very familiar to me!

If I found myself single at my age (I’m 58), I’d say “Hallelujah!” and sleep in the middle of the bed.
Don’t get me wrong, I love my DH, but go looking for another? I don’t think so. been there, done that, burned the shirt.

I saw a story on date line about a woman in her sixties who became widowed. She decided she wanted a sex life, so she put in a very forward ad in the paper. She was upfront about her age. Voila! She had sexual adventures all over the country. Eventually, she fell in love and wrote a book about her experience. It was a very cute story.

Well, as long as you have a good supply of batteries, I don’t see why such a thing would be impossible.

I’d echo Suldog. Never been as good!
I was going to mention that lady who advertised for partners for sex. I was trying to remember her name.

I met and worked with Dr. Pepper Schwartz for almost a year. Don’t believe everything you hear… or that photo.
