A Comcast Rant Update

After reading my blog post about trying to get Comcast High-Speed Internet installed in my home, a woman from Comcast called me last weekend to try to help straighten out the mess. Not only that, but the widely read Consumerist website, where consumers complain about faulty service, picked up the story today. Right now my service is down completely — no cable TV and no Internet.
