Social Media: Participate, or Become Invisible
I’ve been blogging at The Boomer Chronicles for three and a half years, and Twittering, Facebooking, Flickring and other social media-ing for months and years. These facts make me eminently qualified to give a lecture on social media at Simmons College in Boston tomorrow. Or not. But I do have my PowerPoint ready. I’ll let you know how it goes.

Thanks, Diana! I just finished practicing tonight at home. My dog was my audience. He was not that attentive.

Rhea, can I put in a note for wishing to have heard your presentation? Recently someone living at my retirement community gave a talk about Facebook but, as a blogger, my interest is in the whole ball of wax, so to speak.

Naomi, good to hear from you. I should package my talk, but in a month or so it will already be out of date. That’s how fast things are moving.
