Boomers, Afraid You’ll End Up in a Nursing Home?

I know I am.

If you are middle-aged and have one or more major risk factors, you are at increased likelihood of entering a nursing home in the next 20 years. But baby boomers have an opportunity right now to alter their futures.

These are the risk factors:

cigarette smoking
physical inactivity
obesity
raised systolic blood pressure
diabetes

So, now you know what you have to do.
